Household renovations Vlaardingen
Household corporation "Waterweg Wonen" rents about 12.000 houses, making them the largest social renter in the muncipality of Vlaardingen. Het Bouwadvies has helped with the mapping of the current house infrastructure, along with the drawing up of the future situation for a large number of renovation projects.
We have helped with the mapping of those current house holds by means of measuring the houses, additionally we made overview drawings of the various houses. Furthermore we made a precise analysis of what had to be done by the contractor for the renovations of the old houses.
The final check-up was also conducted by us, to see whether everything had been done according to the plan we had created for the contractor.
