Shopping mall Laakweg
In 2013 Het Bouwadvies got to carry out various new projects for the clients Coltavast and the gentlemen Elzas. During these projects Het Bouwadvies had to supervise everything in its entire from the beginning until completion.
For these projects Het Bouwadvies had to carry out the tasks of projectmanagement, calculations, draftwork, applying for legal licences and many other things.
Het Bouwadvies is responsible for the expansion of the shopping centre located at Laakweg in The Hague. The shopping centre provides space for various stores such as Action, Aldi and Jumbo. Clear communication between these parties was crucial for the end result of this project.
The constructions for the project started on October 2013, and were succesfully finished late 2014.
